Your body deserves knowledge, confidence, and care

Welcome to a space dedicated to understanding pelvic health in a way that is clear, supportive, and empowering. Led by a specialist Women’s Pelvic Health physiotherapist. 

What are the workshops about?

Group education and exercise sessions

Designed to help you reconnect with their body, we learn how it functions, and address common concerns that are often overlooked or misunderstood. 

The format
This six-week course has focused information but can be tailored for each group’s requirements – eg. pregnancy, menopause, adolescence. 

Why are they needed?

To change how we care for our bodies

Pelvic health plays a vital role in everyday wellbeing – impacting everything from movement and posture to bladder, bowel, and sexual function.

Pelvic health knowledge
Yet many people are never taught how to care for this part of their body, or are left feeling unsure about what is ‘normal.’ These workshops aim to change that. 

Who are they for?

Workplaces, communities and schools

Through practical education and evidence-based guidance, attendees will gain the tools to better understand their bodies, prevent issues where possible, and manage symptoms with confidence.

Each participant will also be provided with a welcome pack with information to support their own pelvic health journey.

  • This will depend on the number of attendees and any specific requirements – please drop me an email to find out more.

  • Yes – although focused on women’s health, workshops are inclusive and open to anyone, including men, who may benefit from understanding the impact that pelvic floor dysfunction and life stages such as menopause can have on partners, colleagues, and employees. Men also have a pelvic floor, so some of the information may be directly relevant to them too.

  • No – all required equipment can be provided..

  • The day and time can be agreed based on the location and the attendees.

Rhiset Strength Foundation

A supportive class for women new to strength training or navigating pelvic floor dysfunction. Led by a specialist Women’s Pelvic Health physiotherapist, focusing on safe, guided exercise to build strength, confidence, and control.
