Rhiset Strength Foundation

A supportive class for women new to strength training or navigating pelvic floor dysfunction

Led by a specialist Women’s Pelvic Health physiotherapist, focusing on safe, guided exercise to build strength, confidence, and control.

What are the sessions about?

Group exercise & individual assessment

Do you leak when you run? Been told to avoid lifting heavy? Heard about the benefits of resistance training but unsure where to start? Do large, open gyms feel intimidating?

The format
A 6-week, small class course – including a 1:1 pre-assessment to create a training plan tailored just to you.

Why are they needed?

Support safe exercise and boost confidence

Current medical evidence supports and encourages everyone to include some form of resistance training to their weekly exercise routine.

Individual training plans
In practice, this looks different for each woman, reflecting their own unique wellness journey and goals. That’s why my classes are built around your needs.

Who are they for?

Women who want a welcoming space

Train alongside your friend, meet new people and know you are building the foundations for living well longer.

Everyone welcome
I create a judgement-free safe space where questions are encouraged, experiences are valid, and learning is accessible to everyone.

  • Anyone who wants the benefits of strength training with more tailored, experienced support, or who is experiencing pelvic floor symptoms that feel like a barrier to exercise.

  • Each session will be tailored to your current ability, with the aim of helping you build confidence and become comfortable using weights as part of your exercise routine.

  • Each session typically lasts around 60 minutes, allowing time for a structured warm-up, guided strength work, and a cool-down.

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in and supportive footwear. Water is recommended, and all other equipment needed for the session will be provided.
